Mario 3D Game Test: Discontinued Platforming Experiment

Experience early development concepts with "Mario 3D Game Test," an experimental browser-based project discontinued due to creator's academic commitments. This technical demonstration showcases foundational 3D platforming mechanics within accessible online environments using respectfully acknowledged community resources.

Controls & Current Gameplay

Navigate three-dimensional spaces using intuitive arrow key controls for movement and spacebar for jumping actions. Interface interaction requires mouse clicks, particularly for accessing the help system via the top-right question mark box. Present gameplay opportunities include:

Exploring the interactive Pipe Store environment
Entering the initial level design area
Collecting scattered coins throughout the world
Engaging with classic Goomba enemies through jumping maneuvers
Basic platforming mechanics demonstration

Resource Attribution & Development Status

The project utilizes visual assets with proper attribution: terrain elements adapted from Games Freak's Monster Dash, character sprites sourced from Glukom and William777's work, and miscellaneous character images for the Pipe Store interface. The creator explicitly states no copyright infringement intention while acknowledging Nintendo's foundational intellectual property and thanking Scratch's development platform.

Although development has ceased permanently, this test environment demonstrates potential for expanded level design and mechanic refinement, serving as an example of fan-based creative exploration within browser gaming platforms accessible for free online play.
