By accessing or playing any Sprunki Phase game (from Phase 1 to Phase 10000), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Game License

GoSprunki.net grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Play all Sprunki Phase games for personal enjoyment
• Share your created mixes from Phase 3 and other phases
• Use game features as intended

This doesn't include rights to reproduce or distribute game code/assets.

User Responsibilities

When playing Sprunki games, you agree not to:

• Use cheats/hacks that modify game phases
• Attempt to access servers or data beyond normal gameplay
• Create offensive content using game tools
• Impersonate Sprunki staff or other players

Account Rules

Optional accounts for saving phase progress require:

• Accurate registration information
• Protection of login credentials
• Immediate reporting of unauthorized access

We may suspend accounts violating these terms or disrupting game services.

Content Ownership

All Sprunki Phase games and assets are owned by GoSprunki.net. You retain rights to:

• Original music mixes created in Phase 3 and other phases
• Legitimate gameplay recordings/videos

Limitation of Liability

GoSprunki.net isn't liable for:

• Temporary unavailability of game phases
• Data loss from account issues
• Third-party actions related to Sprunki games

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as we release new phases or features. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
