Friday Night Funkin Improved Test

Friday Night Funkin Improved Test: A Smoother Scratch Experience

Discover Friday Night Funkin Improved Test, a rhythm game built on the Scratch platform engineered to deliver a significantly smoother and more responsive gameplay experience compared to standard Scratch-based FNF projects. Aimed at players who demand authentic rhythm challenge, this version prioritizes fluidity and precision.

Enhanced Features & Experimental Support

This improved test goes beyond the basics by integrating key features like an optional downscroll mode, catering to player preference. It also explores preliminary mobile device support, aiming to make the FNF experience more accessible on various devices.

The Prioritized Inputs Final Test

The current build is the "Prioritized Inputs Test," designed to rigorously evaluate the game engine's core performance. This test focuses on three critical areas:

High-Volume Note Handling: Can the engine maintain stability during intense, fast-paced sections with many arrows appearing simultaneously?
Input Registration Precision: Does the system accurately register each key press as a distinct input, preventing errors where rapid consecutive hits might be counted as one?
Overall Playability & Feel: Ultimately, how satisfying and intuitive does the game feel to play? This test seeks player feedback on the core gameplay experience.

How to Play

Take control using the familiar WASD keys or the Arrow Keys. This project stands as a notable technical advancement for FNF within Scratch, focusing squarely on enhanced performance, reliable mechanics, and an enjoyable rhythm gaming feel.
