Dash: A Fast-Paced Action Game of Precision Movement

Step into the shoes of Bert and friends in Dash, an original combat-focused game where agility is your greatest weapon. Master the unique dash-centric movement: carefully aim your cursor and left-click to propel your character at high speed across the arena. This mechanic is key for both engaging enemies and evading their attacks.

Gameplay & Progression

Dynamic Combat: Use the Spacebar to attack and destroy a diverse array of monsters, each with distinct special abilities that require tactical approaches.
Earn & Unlock: Collect coins dropped by defeated foes to purchase new characters. Each of the multiple unlockable characters costs 50 coins, providing a clear progression goal.
Achievement Hunting: Challenge yourself to complete various in-game achievements, adding replayability and extra goals beyond high scores.

Presentation & Community

The game boasts a charming retro aesthetic, complemented by a soundtrack featuring a remix from the classic Diddy Kong Racing. The developer, joshrawesome, actively engages with the community, asking players to comment on their favorite enemy design and inviting feedback on the game's intro and overall experience. For the best performance and to avoid potential lag, it is recommended to double-click the green flag when starting the game.

Controls: Mouse (aim), Left-Click (dash), Spacebar (attack).
Goal: Defeat monsters, collect coins, unlock characters, and complete achievements.
