Geometry Das: Subzero Scratch Experience
Dive into the iconic Geometry Dash Subzero experience recreated entirely within Scratch, featuring three authentic levels from the official game. This project represents over 100 hours of dedicated development by CrystalKeeper7, delivering smooth platforming action with the precision and challenge Geometry Dash fans expect.
Complete Level Package
Experience three distinct levels from the Subzero expansion: Press Start with its energetic introduction, Power Trip featuring intense rhythmic challenges, and Nock Em with complex obstacle patterns. Each level maintains the visual style and mechanical authenticity of the original Geometry Dash games while running seamlessly in your browser.
Authentic Gameplay Mechanics
Control your character using up arrow, spacebar, or mouse click to navigate through precisely timed jumps, avoiding spikes, saws, and moving obstacles. The physics faithfully replicate the Geometry Dash experience, requiring rhythm, timing, and memorization to reach each level's completion.
Customizable Experience Settings
Tailor your gameplay with multiple toggle options: disable animations (L key) for improved performance on slower devices, hide the background (B key) to reduce visual distraction, mute sound effects and music (V key), and pause the action (P key) whenever needed. These settings help optimize your play session for different hardware and preferences.
Development & Credits
This project builds upon original coding by @griffpatch with additional programming by @hoppingicon. Continuous updates have refined the experience: improved scoring based on percentage completion, animated coin collections, lag reduction settings, texture enhancements, cloud score functionality, menu redesigns, and bug fixes for smoother gameplay. Version 2.6.1 represents the polished final product with optimized Press Start level design.
