Geometry Dash Explorers V4: Advanced Creator Platform

Dive into the deep end of Geometry Dash creation with Explorers V4, a feature-packed, community-developed platform available for free on Gosprunki.net. Built using Scratch, this version is renowned for its professional-grade level editor and a challenging pre-built “Harder” 6-star level synced to Hinkik’s “Explorers.” Important: For the best experience, play via the recommended Turbowarp link to minimize lag.

Gameplay & Extensive Control Scheme

The core gameplay follows classic Geometry Dash mechanics: navigate a character through rhythmic obstacles, avoiding spikes and collecting one secret coin. The control system is dual-layered:

Play Mode: Click to jump/fly. Use I/O for no-clip options, Z to set practice checkpoints, S to sync the music, and W for auto-spam when enabled.
Edit Mode (Z/M to toggle): This is where V4 shines. Use 1/3 to cycle block menus and 4/5 to browse items. 2 selects the eraser. I/O opens settings, O/P opens debug. Place blocks with a click, rotate with R (standard) or T (45°), and open detailed menus for rotation (E), triggers (F), and detection (B). Save your creation with 9 and load with 0.

A Rich Development History & Key Features

This project is the result of continuous iteration. Through updates from version 2.0 to 2.1.7, it has grown into a robust suite. Key milestones include:

Verification System: Added symbols to indicate legitimate level completions.
New Game Mechanics: Introduction of the Swing Copter game mode, color & size triggers, teleport portals, breakable blocks, lasers, keys, and coins.
Performance & Polish: Numerous optimizations to reduce lag for Wave, Ship, Ball, UFO, Spider, and Swing modes, along with improved physics and clipping.
Creator Tools: Guides for importing custom music and saving levels via project remixing are integral parts of the experience.

Geometry Dash Explorers V4 is an exceptional tool for players who want to experience challenging fangames and for aspiring creators who wish to build their own Geometry Dash levels from scratch, complete with a documented evolution of features.
