Sprunki Phase 5 But 90 Polos: When More Is... Definitely More
Woah, okay so I just discovered this thing and I HAVE to tell someone about it! There's a 0.5 second delay between click and sound. Just enough to be annoying, but also kind of charming in a "this was definitely made by one person in their bedroom" way.
If you're just looking for some simple fun to relax with - maybe as background noise while you're working or whatever - this is worth checking out. The main thing you need to know is: there are SO MANY characters. Like, 90 of them. Which is ridiculous and amazing at the same time.
The color palette gives me a headache after 10 minutes. Too much neon. But in a good way? Maybe? It's like someone took a rainbow and turned the saturation up to 11. Try to imitate a sound you know - like rain or footsteps or whatever. See if you can get close with all these options.
The characters blink at random intervals. Some are slow, some are fast. No pattern. Which is either brilliant design or someone forgot to sync the animations. What are the win conditions in a game like this? There aren't any, unless you count "made something that doesn't sound awful" as winning.
Can I customize the controls? Not really - it's drag and drop. That's it. How many sound packs or characters are included? 90. I already said that, but it's worth repeating because it's honestly kind of insane.
The loading screen has a progress percentage that goes backwards sometimes. Which is either a bug or a philosophical statement about the nature of progress. Are there pre-made song templates? Probably not, but with 90 options, you can basically make anything.
There's no volume control. You get what you get. Which is fine, unless you're trying to play this at 2 AM and don't want to wake anyone up.

The whole point is to find that perfect combination of sounds that just... works. You know, the kind of combo that makes you forget you're just clicking colorful icons on a screen. It's surprisingly easy to get lost in this, even with the slightly janky mechanics.
Give it a shot. Worst case, you get overwhelmed by options. Best case, you discover your new favorite way to make digital noise.
