Osu Mania V3 v6

Osu Mania V3 v6: A Fully Customizable Rhythm Game Engine

Osu Mania V3 v6 is a sophisticated browser-based simulator that faithfully recreates the osu!mania experience. Master 4-key rhythm patterns using the intuitive default controls (D, F, J, K for each column, and P to quit instantly), all of which can be changed to your preference in the settings.

Core Gameplay & Customization

The objective is classic: press the correct key as notes align with the stationary receptors at the bottom of the screen. Accuracy is key—tap for regular notes and hold for those with extensions. To personalize your playfield, the game includes a specific set of color codes (e.g., 25500 for dark orange, 2232550 for lime) to modify the visual theme of the notes.

Add Your Own Beatmaps and Skins

This project excels in user-driven content. A complete, step-by-step tutorial is provided for importing your own 4K osu!mania beatmaps. The process involves preparing the .osu file (using tools to add "/n" line breaks), importing data into the project's lists, and adding the corresponding audio and background files.

Similarly, you can create custom skins. Edit the sprite costumes directly or import standard osu! skin assets. Special note: receptor images need to be cropped to 176 pixels in height from the bottom to center the hit area. New skins can be integrated into the game's selection system by following the naming conventions and editing the master option sprite.
