Osu Mania V4 Remix V3: The Advanced Customization Hub for Rhythm Gamers

Step up your rhythm game with Osu Mania V4 Remix V3, an evolved version that emphasizes deep customization and content creation for the dedicated osu!mania community. This online title preserves the intense, focus-driven gameplay of hitting notes with precise timing.

Gameplay Mechanics & Key Bindings

Execute moves with the default D, F, J, and K keys, accurately triggering notes as they align with the receptors. Manage hold notes by pressing and releasing at the correct moments. Use the P key for an instant map exit, and know that all key bindings can be fully customized in the options for a tailored experience.

Extensive Visual & Content Customization

Personalization starts with visual flair. The game offers a versatile set of 16 color codes to modify the skin's theme—choose '24517665' for a rose pink, '191970' for a greenish cyan, or '229228226' for a royal blue tone.

The core appeal for creators is the robust framework for adding custom 4K beatmaps. The import process is detailed, involving preparation of the .osu file, careful data formatting, and resource management. A critical technical note for this version is that audio and background filenames are case-sensitive and must match exactly. To display your song, you must add an outfit named in the precise format: "Title//Version".

Build and Import Your Own Skins

Skin creation is also a first-class feature. You can design new visual styles by importing assets from any osu! skin. Receptor images require specific preparation: cropping to 176 pixels height from the bottom. To implement a new skin, create sprites following the (skin name)-(sprite name) pattern and activate it via the "Option Note Skin" selector.
