Testing Death Notes: A High-Stakes Rhythm Challenge

Designed as a focused testbed within the FNF engine framework, "testing death notes" is an osu!-influenced rhythm game centered on high-stakes gameplay. It's built for players who crave a severe test of timing and accuracy.

Core Feature: Death Note Mod Compatibility

The game's defining feature is its dedicated support for the "Death Note" mod. This mechanic introduces instant-fail notes, transforming every map into a tense exercise in precision where a single mistake ends your run.

Customizable Gameplay & Engine Polish

It inherits a robust set of customizable toggles from the original engine, including Ghost Tapping, Circle Arrows, and Osu-style hit sounds. Through updates to version v26v1C, the experience has been refined with a health-drain system, an accurate accuracy counter, and vital bug fixes for consistent input registration.

Controls & Creation Tools

Take control with the default WASD or arrow key setup, configurable in the options menu. For those inspired to create, comprehensive modding guides and song conversion tools are accessible online, supporting community-driven content expansion.
