ADOFAI 12-X Artificial Chariot v3
12-X Artificial Chariot v3: My Live Stream Therapy Session
Okay so I'm live streaming. Audience is there, cheering me on, or maybe laughing at my suffering. Hard to tell sometimes. And I'm playing this 12-X Artificial Chariot v3 thing. The name alone sounds intimidating. "Artificial Chariot"? "v3"? This is clearly someone's third attempt at digital torture.
I'm a flow state seeker. Using this game as interactive meditation. Which is ironic because right now I'm anything but meditative. I'm trying to get an FC on a level that's been HAUNTING me. Like, dreams about it haunting. Waking up thinking about specific patterns.
But then... there are moments. BRILLIANT synchronization moments. Where everything just CLICKS. The music, the visuals, my timing - all perfect harmony. And I just want to GUSH about it. Like, "DID YOU SEE THAT? DID YOU HEAR THAT? THAT WAS PERFECT!" Fan mode activated.
Workshop consumer guide time: This is the kind of level you find when you're browsing during a short break, looking for something that'll give you that quick satisfaction. Except "short" becomes "four hours" and "satisfaction" becomes "existential crisis".
Other games test your actions per minute. How fast can you click? ADOFAI tests your actions per HOUR. At a consistent, unbroken rhythm. While under psychological siege. It's endurance torture disguised as a rhythm game.
The planet isn't dancing with fire and ice. Let's be real. It's having a panic attack on a rollercoaster it designed. And you're the one forcing it to stay on the track. You monster.
Getting good at this doesn't feel like improvement. It feels like Stockholm Syndrome. The game abuses you so much that you start sympathizing with it. "Maybe I deserve this suffering. Maybe this is how I get better." Brainwashing through geometry.
But then... it's about finding order in chaos. The patterns make sense eventually. Then you start creating your OWN chaos within that order. It's beautiful and terrible.
And I'm starting to judge levels differently. Not just "this is hard" but "does this have rhythmic integrity?" Does it FEEL right? This Chariot thing... mostly does. Even when it's destroying me.
Stream questions from chat: Are visual assist mods cheating? Like, if I use something to make the track clearer, am I a fraud? And how DO people collaborate on levels? Two minds creating one geometric nightmare? Also what are level packs? Just collections? And what physical issues should I expect from playing this for hours? Carpal tunnel? Eyestrain? Soul-crushing despair?
12-X Artificial Chariot v3 is... an experience. If you're a flow seeker wanting to stream your suffering to an audience, this will deliver. Just be ready to gush over tiny moments of perfection amidst hours of failure.
Stream ending. Still no FC. Tomorrow, maybe. Or never. Probably never.
