It Go but with 6 planets Lag and Difficulty Warning
6 Planets, Lag Warnings, and Me Trying Not to Cry
Okay so I'm brand new to this whole ADOFAI thing. Like, literally just installed it yesterday. Saw these geometric shapes moving and was like "ooh pretty colors". Then I clicked on this "It Go but with 6 planets" thing. WITH LAG AND DIFFICULTY WARNINGS. Should have listened to the warnings.
So here's the scene: I'm using this weird arcade-style button I got online. Thought it would be cool for rhythm games. It's just... a big red button. Feels nice to press though. CLUNK. CLUNK. CLUNK.
And I'm not trying to speedrun or anything crazy. Just wanna... experiment. Try out some mods maybe. See what this game can DO, you know? But this level. Six planets. SIX. How am I supposed to watch six things at once? My brain can barely handle two!
***SPORTS COMMENTATOR VOICE*** "And here we go folks, the player takes a deep breath before the attempt - the calm before the storm! You can see the tension in their shoulders, the focused stare... and they're OFF! First planet, clean hit! Second planet, OH a slight wobble but they recover! Third planet coming up - WAIT, was that a lag spike? The warning was RIGHT THERE! They're stuttering, they're - OH NO! FAILURE! The planets scatter like confetti at a sad party!"
Yeah that's basically what happens. Every. Single. Time.
And then you just... melt. Like physically melt backward into your chair. Stare at the ceiling. Question all your life choices. How did I end up here, trying to sync six colorful dots to music at 11pm on a Tuesday?
Afterwards though, you gotta do the whole unwinding thing. Stretch out your fingers. Shake your hands like you're trying to dry them without a towel. Drink some water. Pretend you're being healthy about this obsessive gaming session.
So like... how many official levels ARE there in this game anyway? Is it worth buying the full thing or should I just stick to these free community levels that are actively trying to murder me? And what cognitive skills am I even developing here? Pattern recognition? Pain tolerance? Masochism?
Anyway, if you're new like me and have a fancy controller you wanna try out, this level will... humble you. The six planets thing is visually wild, the lag warnings are no joke, and the difficulty is... present. Very present.
Just maybe don't try it right before bed. You'll be seeing geometric shapes when you close your eyes.
